  • If applicable, turn off the source of the water and call a repair service
  • Elevate all furniture, even upholstered items with skirts, on unstained wood blocks
  • If wood gets wet, DO NOT oil it as that will not allow water to escape from the wood
  • Remove items lying on the floor that might leave a stain

  • Inspection & Assessment

    One of our technicians will inspect the damage, prepare a cost estimate, and develop a restoration plan. Once the plan is accepted, we’ll begin work immediately.

  • Water Removal

    Technicians will extract any standing water immediately. Quick action following water intrusion can prevent further damage and mold growth.

  • Environment Stabilization

    Dehumidifiers are installed to control moisture levels in the structure and contents. Dehumidifiers pull moisture from the air and return warm, dry air. The process is assisted by high-velocity air movers to evaporate moisture.

  • Drying Monitoring

    Our technicians will regularly monitor the drying process with various moisture meters for wood, concrete, floors, and walls. Temperature and humidity measurements are taken throughout the drying process.

  • Flooring Relaying and Replacement

    Carpets and flooring can be relayed or replaced once the structure is clean and dry.
